Looking for a song, I cannot remember the title or the band from the late 60s or early 70s,?

The pop song is typical of its times in the Hippie era. It was on a small 45 record with 4 songs on it. one of the songs had these words on it, "Full of lights all arround will eluminate every sounds"
the other song had these words in it " In the corner of the village green" The songs had some amazing sounds effects on it, will never forget it. I hope someone out there might help me out on this long mystery.
