The company that I now work for. My old company was merged with this larger company, and even though I've tried to keep an open mind about it, an unspoken "us and them" mentality now exists. It's really a drag, but at least it's Friday! :):):)

living & growing up in northern ireland that term would refer to the state of this little place.its always "us against them" meaning protestants against catholics.its the one thing i hate about my country but dont try & dis it coz il stand up for it against any person.
