It is very similar.
Both make people look at you and laugh.
Both give you a warm fuzzy sensation.
Both happen in the bedroom regularly
I got both once when shaggin under a big "applause" sign in Hollywood.
Both can be noisy, especially if you are peeing.
Both involve slapping parts of your body with your hands to make things feel better.
