I had to open the door for her as she said the key didn't work, it was fine and she was reeking of gin. What if she wrecks the joint?

Just because she showed up drunk doesn't make her an alcoholic....Not that she should be showing up drunk or anything but you can't call someone an alcholic if you don't know for sure they are.....If you think you need to bust her to the neighbors then do it.
