General vote for the worst customer service ever?

Mine would have to be the petrol stations in London, especially at night. The staff are generally surly and rude, the places are badly lit, and they treat everyone like a potential criminal. I want to pick my OWN bread thanks! I do NOT want to pay for my petrol before I've filled it up, I've got no idea how much it's going to be!

Top that if you can peeps.....

Can anyone tell me the name of a movie where a group of world war two air-force soldiers are in the desert,?

They are standing around their crashed plane wondering if anyone will ever find them.
But as the the movie progresses it becomes clear that they are ghost and have been there for many years.
And are grieving about not being found and dismayed by the lack of interest in finding them.
The best I can remember it all takes place around this one scene of a crashed plane.
It was a very interesting movie but very sad.
