What is a good movie based on the civil war or the setting of the civil war?

I was watching this on the hollywood celebs channel about what goes on with them or whatever and it came across that she hit got into a wreck killing a woman and the family is suing her for 50 million dollars and she could face a yr in prison and $1,000 fine.
But isnt this manslaughter i mean forget the money she was was driving recklessly and killed a woman anyone else would have faced manslaughter with no telling how many yrs in prison for this.. What do you think about this and what should be done

I hate watching a t.v. show and when a commercial comes on, it's so loud you have to turn it down, then turn it back up when the show is back on!

I love the 90's You're a 90's kid if: You can finish this [ice ice _ _ _ _ ] You remember watching Doug, Ren & Stimpy, Pinky and the Brain AAAAAAAH Real Monsters! You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCHE!" You just cant resist finishing this . . . "Iiiiiiin west philidelphia born and raised . . ." You remember TGIF, Step by Step, Family Matters, Dinosaurs, and Boy Meets World. You remember when it was actually worth getting up early on a Saturday to watch cartoons. You got super excited when it was Oregon Trail day in computer class at school. ( haha this one is the funniest) You remember reading "Goosebumps" You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school. You still get the urge to say "NOT" after (almost) every sentence . . . not when everyhting was settled by rock paper scissors..or bubble gum bubble gum in a dish...and even better daddy had a donkey inky binky bonky. when cops and robbers was a daily activity. when we played Hide and go seek until our legs grew numb. ??

Don't you hate it when your watching tv and a commerical comes on and its so long that you forget what your watching? It seems like the commericals are getting longer and our shows are getting shorter. Next time I dare you to time how long each commerical break is and how long it lasts for. You'll be surprised.
