Does anyone know the name or remember a version of alice in wonderland with a dragon? It was at least partially a movie if not completely. Also, it has been around since at least the eighties. My sister remembers it as well. I've purchased nearly every version I can get my hands on and I cannot even find a mention of this lost movie...

The National Poetry Contest had come down to the final two contestants, a Yale graduate and a redneck from Texas. They were given a word, then they were allowed two minutes to study the word and come up with a poem that contained the word. The word that they were given was "Timbuktu."
First to recite his poem was the Yale graduate. He stepped to the microphone and said:

Slowly across the desert sand
Trekked a lonely caravan;
Men on camels, two by two
Destination Timbuktu.

The crowd went crazy! No way could the redneck top that, they thought. The redneck calmly made his way to the microphone and recited:

Me and Tim a huntin' went.
Met three women in a pop up tent.
They was three, and we was two,
So I bucked one, and Timbuktu.

The redneck won hands down!!!

Im watching my nephew and boy what language he has for a 11 year old already, and on top of it he yells his words like there's no tomorrow. Yes, his parents do the same. I can't say anything about how I feel about this to my bro because that's like disrespect.

He won like 2 million dollars or something like that, and since he was already wealthy, he decided to give it to charity. The Salvation Army refused to accept it, because it was "gambling money".

Is that not the most retarded thing you've ever heard of? I mean, they could have at least used that money to help needy children whose parents wasted money gambling.
