I am right now, and damn, is it a bad thought...
I'm quite happy with the English language as it is right now, and I wouldn't want numbers and tons of abbreviations and phonetic spellings to take its place... Call me old fashioned or just close-minded but...

Forgive me if this post seems jumbled somehow... I'm sick with a bad head cold at the moment.

Anyway, I wanted to know if this was a good show. I've never seen it before, but I've heard mixed reviews about it. A lot of people say it's good, but then there are the few who say it sucks. I asked mom if it was good, but she told me it was just like ER. Is it anything like ER or House? Or is it a differen sort of medical show then ER or House? What about the overall feeling of the show? Good, bad, happy, sad...? Is the acting good? Does it stand the test of time (is it obviously dated, or does it still seem modern)?

I want all of you all to tell me about it so I can try to figure out if I want to watch it. Please let me know what it's like!

Ok, I kind of asked this question yesterday about what you look for that is more than skin deep and I got alot of good responses. But the thing is...I went out to get a pumpkin latte and at the Starbucks, waiting on my drink, I overheard a conversation...I wasn't trying to eaves drop but they were laughing and talking a bit loud. One guy was like, so if you could choose a hooker or a stripper, which would you choose on condition that you could see the stripper and she is beautiful but the hooker, its pitch black, she could be the fattest **** but it guarantees getting f***? The guy responded and said, I'd do the stripper and the other guy said, the other condition is that you can't touch the stripper. Then the guy said, ok, the hooker..it could be better looking and worst case I just got a bad lay.

I didn't want to get into a fight so I stayed quiet. Guys is this how normally guys think and why is it they talk like that? Its objectifying women to a sex object MOST guys?
