It was aimed for anyone - haven't you seen the E! True Hollywood Story for That '70s Show? I love That '70s Show, I'm the biggest fan. I watch it everyday. If it's not on TV then I watch it on DVD. I'm 20 years old and it's my favorite show, but my boyfriend's mom and her boyfriend who are nearly 50 love it because it reminds them of when they grew up in the '70s. They say that's just how the were, just like the characters.

14-24 year olds. I am 22 and really enjoy it. I started watching it a few years ago. I think it was aimed for both genders but I think more females watch the show. Guys are more into watching football and other sports or The Simpsons then That 70's Show. But maybe I am wrong

They were aiming for those of us in the late 30's and 40's.

The show had too many obscure references to appeal to younger viewers and too much lame stuff for the folks that actually remember the 70s.

(After you've seen a few sitcoms, it gets repetitive fast.)

Once again, the parents are funnier than the kids. Just like in Dharma and Greg.

the were going for today's teens up to the teens that lived in the 70s (16ish to 45ish give or take a few years)

I think they were aiming for teens. The main characters are teenagers. So they were the target demographic.
