Yes, IMHO you are wrong here....you are generalizing. (not every woman suffers from MPS, or moodswings, or runs the "risk" of getting pregnant!!!)
Besides, if a company decides to hire a woman instead of a man for a certain job, you may expect that company to have calculated those "risks" already. (but not in the height of the payment!)
And last but not least : where I worked I had an equal amount of male and female collegues....and let me assure you : some males also had severe problems with moodswings, and stuff like that, as did some of my female co-workers!

I understand where you're coming from, but there are a few things that refute your observations. For one, men have been shown to have certain times of the month when their moods change to a certain degree (maybe not comparable to PMS, but a mood change, nonetheless). As for the risk of becoming pregnant, I'd say that's obsolete, as most employers now give men paternity leave as well.

Yes you are wrong and I hope you have a good hiding place lined up!!!!!!!!!
If women do the same job , the same way, and as good as any man then yes they should get paid the same. In case you didn't know Men get PMS too ( PRE MALE SYNDROME) and are moody, risk of getting their wives pregnant, and some have even been known as House husbands.
Have I made you think a little?
Maybe even changed your way of thinking about this?????
Thumbs up ladies and gentlemen who agree with me!!!!!!!

Yes you are and single I bet. If a woman does the same job as a man then she should get the same pay. Most women do not get pregnant on their own, and as for PMS you try it and get back to me.

Well, in the US, women only get 75 cents to a man $1.00 but I don't think thats very fair if they are doing an equally good job. You should get paid for your ability regardless of your gender. Not all women suffer from PMS. I'm not speaking for myself because I do suffer from PMS, but because of my assertiveness, I climbed to the top of a multi-million dollar all-male engineering firm, only to find that I hated it - so I quit.

your are wrong, men are just as responsible for taking care of thier children as women, as for PMS and modiness, men get moody too. some men choose to leave work to take care of thier kids. People should be paid equally regardless of gender.

Yeah your pretty wrong buddy. Women should be paid exactly the same amount as men or not more FOR their personal problems. I have a suggestion for you, go live in a middle eastern country so you can live among sexism and feel more at home.
