when i sing i can hit the note but how do i make the 'wavering' sound that most singers can make? for example at the end of mariah carey's song we belong together, JUST at the end you hear her voice kinda wavering. how do i do that? WITHOUT taking singing lessons because my parents dont wanna pay for it
