i'm not a fan of either of them but it's definitely Ciara hands down. Rihanna can't sing to save her life! I'm as baffled as the next guy on why she ever got a record deal...

They're both cool--but I don't like Ciara's new black curly hair. She looked better in 1, 2, Step than she does in Get Up.
