I have ten on my left arm from where a dog attacked me when I was little. A long one on top of my left hand from a knife. One on my wrist where a pig scratched me. A scar shaped like a check mark on my thumb where a rabbit bit me. Ten or twenty on my legs where roosters have attacked me. One on my forehead where a chicken scratched me. One going through my bottom lip to my top lip from a car wreck whe I was twelve. One four inche scar on my thigh that required stitches when I fell on a peice of farm equipment.
I live on a farm and animals aren't always cute and cuddley, especially chickens.

I am not one to believe in ghosts and all that..

.....

But the night after Thanksgiving was very odd.... It was late about 10 and we were all in the front room. The new puppy started acting really odd and ended up going and hiding under her blanket in her crate. All of a sudden ding dong the doorbell rang. My husband was RIGHT by the door. Opened it right away.... NO ONE around at ALL or anywhere around (no there wasn't anyway they could have hidden and not been seen we live in the desert, no one was hiding in the cactus!)
There was a VERY odd smell in the outside entry foyer. It wasn't in the whole area just in a 'pocket' it was the smell of sulfur or salty it was weird.... Then a few feet away from the entry there was the smell of gun powder.... The weird thing was these smells were in two pockets and it was much cooler in these areas and the smells stayed for awhile even with the wind.
It was creepy.

I`m writing a screenplay. I already have plenty of ideas; too many actually. That`s not what I`m asking for. What I want to know is what a movie HAS TO have to make it one of your favorites. (i.e., romance, good actors/actresses, action...) or give me some things that it can`t have.

You`re not limited to anything. Give me any idea that pops into your head, even if it sounds ridiculus.
