How do I put videos on my iPod?

I bought a 5th Generation iPod Video. I have a Windows computer with WindowsMedia, Quicktime (I think), and iTunes. Also, my standard DVD player is InterVideo WinDVD 4 (that's what starts when DVD's are put in my computer). Now, I've read a lot of answers to this question, but a lot of these things aren't working.
Oh, one more thing: I thought I had it a couple of hours ago, but when I checked "Sync Movies," it told me I'd have to wipe my iPod for some reason. I have all of my music saved and nothing happened, but it still freaked me out cuz it looked important... Please help!

Where can I get DVD or anything on a soap opera called "SOAP" with Billy Cristal as one of the stars?

If anybody outher ever seen any episodes of a weekly, you have to wait seven days for the next chapter, program that had everything, contemporary as whell as futuristic features, I could never ever missed a chapter even when I was not at home, I will get anybody to see it with me, besides being funny it was really serious.
