I would personally go with Paris Hilton being the scrawniest one I've ever heard of. Of the three you put down, probably Nicole Richie (while she didn't look as skinny as the other two, she wound up going all the way down to 85 pounds, which is extremely small for her height of 5'6"). Lindsay Lohan stayed in the high 90's and Hillary Duff never went below 100 lbs, though she did drop below 110 lbs (the absolute smallest weight for a girl her size to still be healthy).

I think Nicole Richie is the skinniest in a Bad way but I just watched the movie "Funny Face" with Audrey Hepburn and she
is so so skinny but healthy looking. Twiggy & a young Goldie
Hawn was like that too. Nicole Kidman looked too skinny for
a while there.
