I am just trying to figure out if that is Taylor Hicks singing for the new Slim Fast commercail. He sings "time is on my side, yes it is" Does anyone know who sings that song in commercial for sure? Is it Taylor Hicks?

a man is going through a divorce with his wife..
he is walking along the beach wehre they were married.. and he stubs his toe on something.
he digs it out and its a lamp.. he rubs it and a genie pops out..
the genie tells him he has three wishes .. but there is one catch.. everything that he gets.. his ex gets double..
he says okay,,
Right off the bat he says i want ten million dollars .. POOF.. a dufflebag is at his feet.. POOF POOF.. two are at his ex's house..
Next he wishes for a Brand new Lexus.. POOF.. up on the road theres a nice black lexus.. POOF POOF.. there are two in his wifes drive way...
the genie tells him to think hard cause its his last wish...
he thinks for a minutes and says " okay .. I got it."
Genie says whats your wish?
"I wish you'd beat me half to death."

Is the television show "Next" on Vh1 or one of those stations staged or something? All the people that are on there sort of talk like they're reading a cue card. I've noticed this on a couple of other shows on Vh1/Mtv.

Do people ever really read the added details like whenever you add the details on a question or something cuz i swear they don't. omg it gets me mad like if you make a mistake and then you add the details and try to correct it. or put more details do people even read those!? whats your opinion?
