Favorite villian has to be Deathstroke the Terminator.... Uh... that's Slade in the TV show. The man uses 90% of his brains potential and that makes him kick ***!
As for favorite Hero i'm going with Starfire just because she brings an innocent outlook to the situations.
(I realize that Deathstroke the Terminator is a little heavy handed for a kid's show but c'mon why'd they just use his real name?!)

Raven's my favorite character and Terra is my favorite villian, even though I don't really think of her as a villian, Slade brainwashed her.

I would have to be Slade Wilson. Deathstroke has caused the most long term damage to the team. And damn it if Slade wasn't hard in the cartoon.
