Dead depressing. I mean, I get that it was making a point and everything, but it was a bit heavy-handed with its themes. I grew up in the eighties, thinking that any minute there could be a nuclear war, and "When the Wind Blows really affected me, much in the same way that "The Day After" did. I think WtWB was worse, being that it was a cartoon, and I was a kid.

That said, it was a decent movie--technically well done, as I remember. The story was just a bit melodramatic, and, at the time, frightening. Which, I suppose, is what the creators intended. I'm glad that I've seen it, but probably wouldn't watch it again.
