ok i hav a 30 gb ipod and it sais i have 10 gb of music and 1 gb of phots n vids but y does it say 11gb of other ? what would that b n how would i delete it or get to it?

Hook up your iPod as an external drive on your computer and see what is on it.

Just be careful what you delete.

I feel your pain, and apparently so do lots of people.
I went to the "genius bar" at my local Apple store, where you make an appointment to speak to a tech. 95% of the entire day's appointments were for iPod issues.

Well if you can't figure anything out restore you ipod and start over.
