if someone helped you could you stay on a controlled diet?

and i mean penalties if you sneak something cuz you're going to get caught.
and why don't our loves do that for us when they know we need all the help we can get. i'm not overweight but i'm on a strict diet to keep myself i don't want to use the word fit cuz i don't know what fit is, so i'll just say to maintain my weight, but wow i could eat a gallon of ice cream right now in a second.

Rape scenes in movies?

does any other person (by person, i'm really meaning women, but men can feel this way too) feel that rape scenes, no matter what realism they bring to the film, that they are degrading, scary and disgusting? i personally, have to leave the room if i feel a rape scene is on its way.... i can't handle the images or feelings that i get afterward. Anybody else?
