Foods that I think are aphrodesiacs, or culinary sensualities because of taste, texture, appearance, or sharing are:
Chocolate fondue with various sliced fruits like strawberries, bananas, melon slices, apples, etc...
Regular fondue, or hot oil fondue
S'mores
Marshmallows
Strawberries fresh or dipped in chocolate
Pears - like sweet sandpaper
Kiwi fruit - I love the feel and taste
Coconut - I love the scent and taste
Champagne, and still wines
Grapes (seedless) in a bunch, dangled above your lover
Chocolate in most it's forms

Fruits that are playful topical sensualities:
lickable spreads like whipped cream, chocolate syrup, honey, champagne or wine, marshmallow cream, some thich or creamy liqueurs, ice cream, fruit freezer pops, and ice cubes

Foods that are sexual sensualities are:
bananas or plantains
cucumbers (uncut for the women, carved out for the men)
certain squashes
carrots
corn on the cobb
carved melons (for the men)

There may be others... any recommendations from you?

-chocolate
-noodles (slurping/sucking them into your mouth)
-lollipops/popsicles (again the sucking aspect)
-ice cream cones (consider the different ways you can consume the ice cream...licking, biting, slurping...)
-ice cubes...temperature extremes, not sticky, and consider how would you make it melt
