I am an IT professional so in my work alone, I HAD to sit in front of the computer atleast 8 hours a day... plus overtime of 2-4 hours each day.
Add up another 2-3 hours surfing the net when I go home.
Hmmmm. Come to think of it, I am in front of the computer longer than I am lying down in the bed and/or relaxing! that's bad!

couple of hours at the most, after that the pain meds aren't enough to let me sit anymore and i do not want to get back on morphine so it's walk away, lay down for awhile or go do my therapy stretching and stuff. but i'd spend all day on here if i could, i am so addicted to this it's pathetic.
