A couple who's been married for over 20 years were having a fight in the car during a trip for a holiday. After arguing for a moment, they decided to quit talking and silence ruled.

Then after a few minutes, they passed some pigs in a farm, all making those horrible noises I don't know what they call it. Anyway, the wife looks at her husband and gives a sinister grin and says, "Relatives of yours?"

The husband replied "Yep, in-laws."

I can remember it vaguely but can't remember specifics -- from the mid-1980s, a science-fiction graphic novel, published in a collection. It's set on another planet in a sodom/gomorrah type city in which a jet-setter guy, who is into exotic pets, purchases four sets of ant-like creatures in four different colours. They are really sophisticated and start off worshipping him, but then he mistreats them and they turn evil. They also grow to the size of environment they're in, so of course they get out of their cage, become man-sized and consume his whole house.

Sorry for the obscure reference. Does this ring any bells with anyone? It was a fantastic story.

For those of you who watch Nick Jr...or whatever channel it's on...I need help....for the past five mornings..I've been watching such shows like Lazy Town, Blues Clues, Dora the Explorer, and most recently Go Diego Go....this is getting kinda sad...

I am not the age to be watching these shows...I should be watching MTV and TRL and such...

and the worst part is....I actually know the characters' names and what not...I sing along to it..and when Dora tells me to jump..I get off my back and jump...when she tells me to say "Swiper No swiping.." I say it..and my spanish has improved....lol...
