I tend to stew in silence and let things build up. I don't like DRAMA or controvesy; however, this can also make for others to walk over you (I'm speaking of a job situation ~ it's a long story!)

Personally, I don't like drama either but I speak my mind regardless of what people think. I am a real turd that way.

I am a free spirited person, in spite of the fact that it can annoy people. Although I do not try to cause trouble or any problems, I do speak my mind all the time. I don't mind some controversy, because I get to hear other peoples' opinions and ideas. I speak my mind but I'm also open minded. New views make me smarter.

sometimes you have to speak your mind, and other times it's best to keep quiet. In a job situation you have to bite your tounge. If you feel you need to say something, try going to your manager, or if that doesn't work then you should go above them. I have had my fair share of work problems....my om was a complete b*tch. And after a while it was time to go the owner. Sometimes it doesn't pay to do that either, it depends on the situation. sometimes if you say something even to the owner, it can cost you your job. i tend to speak my mind; i don't care if it's the president of the company or just to my manager. i know that i'm a good debator. this of course get me into lots of trouble. i try not to create drama, but i need my point of view to be heard. and i don't know why they still keep me here.

i love drama, not so much me making the drama but i love to watch. most of the time i speak my mind unless there are times where im feeling insecure or i dont feel its the right time or its not nice to say.

yes i understand what you are saying. i hate drama too so i just kinda hold it all in but then people just expect you to do that. lately i have been trying to speak my mind so that they keep me out of the bull crap.

I give my opinion when asked or when in a correct forum to do so. I am not a gossiper though. I try to avoid it like the plaque.
