I never here band that have a baritone as a lead singer, theres plenty of bands that have a baritone voice in it, but its always in the background (like with Queen).

What about the Mighty Mighty Bosstones? I don't see why not, but tenors just happen to record better, and the tonality tends to overlap a lot with the bass and keyboard...

Baritone leads are fairly uncommon... a tenor is what the persons pay to hearken to... yet this is now to not say you could not do it hun... purely get along with your team and observe in case you could sing lead on per chance one or 2 songs... do purely not step on any feet contained in the approach!
