Every response is a leg joke, or she is a scheming money grabber, etc. But HE married having been advised to get a pre-nup and HE DIDNT - the fact is it has turned nasty as most divorces do - as a result she now seems to want the legal cut she is entitled to. She offered to sign a pre nup and he said NO - he knew how much money he could lose by doing that. Its reported she was slated by his family both before and during the marriage which could not have helped, and has been constantly sniped at by press. She will be cast as wicked witch forever no matter what she does so she may as well go for it.

I prefer shows like LOST, a show which constantly re-invents itself season after season, but shows that revel in formulaic plot devices tend to be much more successful (think Will and Grace, Friends, etc.)

After two seasons of LOST, I can say with confidence that neither season is alike. Yet a show like Friends stuck with the same plot device twisted several different ways over the course of several years and was wildly successful. Can LOST succeed when it is constantly taking risks? (I hope so!)
