With Silver Surfer, Fantastic Four 2, Hulk 2, Logan (Wolverine), Avengers, Ghost Rider, Spider-Man 3, X-Men 4, and many more either slated for release, announced, or in pre- or post-production, one would think audiences might be growing weary of the genre.

its better than remaking old movies that are classics, I've never seen a remake at the theater,only on dvd, hollywood has to start coming up with original ideas to get me to spend 9.50. i know superhero movies are sort of a remake,but i don't read comics so its fresh to me.....

at least it's an original American movie instead of a remake of a foreign film (where the American release is usually the crappier of the two) or a sequel (seriously, how many sequels are truly worth watching?). at the very least superhero movies have a LARGE library of material and stories to draw from.

It seems they might want to stagger it a bit, but the interesting thing is I don't even think they have hit some of the best superheroes - like Iron Man. I think Daredevil needs another treatment.

not if they keep up the quality already demonstrated

im sick of foriegn film remakes though...how about just releasing the original ??? i guess the masses just cant handle subtitles though but the originals are always better ive found

They are going to keep making them as long as people are watching. Can't argue with movies that gross over 100 million dollars
