I was watching this special on TV about how Hilary Duff became a star. Her parents would fly her and her sister between home and LA. If you go to LA, there are lots of auditions for shows. That or get an agent.
You could go to talent shows and hope talent scouts show up.

Method 1: Start acting when you're very young, and get parts as babies on "Friends," or in cereal commercials. It helps to be twins, or a cute Asian girl.
Method 2: Have a famous relative, like an older brother who got nominated for an Oscar for a very memorable movie, or a dad who had one annoying country hit that everyone remembers. Or a Senator who ran for vice president.
Method 3: Have rich parents who can devote their money to making you a star. Get homeschooled so you don't have to associate with "common" people. Act in church plays. Have a cute younger sister to tag along. Be anorexic.

By being discovered, people hear about you, find interest in you , and you can be a disney star! or even BIGGER!
