There is a man that lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Everyday he gets the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work. Upon returning from work though, he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way unless it's raining!

I was in Toronto canada last year and kept hearing this song on the hip hop radio station. The last words of the song are - "happy new year, double O, 5.
The song also mentions Ron Artest (then of the Indiana Pacers) and the song rounds up the year of 2005. Its a really good song but i dont know who sang it or what its called - can anyone help?
