I read a mag article about a woman who had acid thrown in her face and lost her eye sight virtually completely, but was nearly unscarred by the attack. My immediate reaction was, well, at least that's how I would prefer it if I had a choice. But then I was horrified by my thoughts. What do you reckon?

Here in FL., it's hot and muggy, sun is shining, but there are already some of those puffy white clouds forming. It's going to storm this afternoon.

Out on the street it is very, very quiet. School started today, so the kids are gone.

My fave CSI is CSI: New York however, given the choice, I much prefer Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS).

The people in NCIS seem more real, more involved in their work and there is a stronger sense of teamwork and comrade-ness between them. The fact that they police the American Navy adds a more edgy and interesting angle to plots.

There are other reasons why I prefer NCIS but I'll not bore you with them now. I'd like to know what you think. Which do you prefer and why?

It was bedlam!! You wouldn't believe what happened to me. I was walking around the playground after I had my lunch, you know, as you do. And I bumped into that pink hippo from Rainbow that they call George. And boy, he (or she) wasn't happy - she said read my question last night, and claimed it opened a can of worms!! Well, anyway, the next minute we started fighting. Not sure what happended next - it was all a pink and blue blur. Chunks of wool and plasticine flew everywhere. I got a few good shots in, but I nearly lost me hat!!

Just out of interest, who do you think would win in a slobberknocker between me and George? I am younger and fitter!! : )
