The craziest thing just happend to me..I was listening to the New Lamb of God Song and a Nun actually knew who the band was! She said that she came upon the band by accident...because of the name and she said she actually liked them...Does anyone else find this insane?? It blows my mind...not to mention she is at least 65 years old

I'm getting 8 hours of sleep each night, but sometimes am going to bed a bit earlier on some nights and waking up earlier. When I wake up at 5AM I'm more alert, feel better about myself, and am more balanced emotionally than if I wake up later in the day. Can anybody tell me why?
