Neither. He was just some guy who had a great imagination. If he were correct or if modern day "guessers" were correct, then we would have had a nuclear explosion in 1999 as he "predicted." Not to mention the fact that LA was supposed to fall off the map, etc. The guy was just a bull$hit artist.

I believe Nostradamous to be a TRUE seer and also a genius.His visions amaze me.He was truely a spectacular man.

Great name for anyone associated with predicting the future. It seems to me that what he wrote fits to about anything you want it to although I think it was written more as a contemporary piece for the time he lived...

he just got lucky. there is no way someone can tell the future. he just said a bunch of things and people reworded it to make it fit into situations.
