Who is the hettest woman or man alive?

I think Billie Joe Armstrong may be the best looking guy I have ever seen in my enitire life. But that's just my opinion. And I really like Jessica Alba. But to me, the hottest, sexxiest, most stunning woman is Carmen Electra. She is just way too perfect. Ugh! I like plenty of other girls and guys but these 2 are the ones that stick out the most to me.
