I would have to say why not? But it would be important to limit the commercial to radio channels that have a Spanish audience. Other wise it might be a waste of funds to the one trying to get a good message across.

I think it's best to aim your commercials towards the target audience of the radio station. If you feel that a majority of the listeners speak / understand Spanish, then it may be a good idea. However, understand that it may also irritate English speaking listeners as Spanish is still a secondary language.

I hate it!!! They declared ENGLISH as the national language of the USA. If they(any nationality) can't understand it go learn it or live in the dark.
