Is it a bad idea to play spanish health commercial about stop smoking on a non-spanish radio station in PA or anywhere in the USA?

I would have to say why not? But it would be important to limit the commercial to radio channels that have a Spanish audience. Other wise it might be a waste of funds to the one trying to get a good message across.

I think it's best to aim your commercials towards the target audience of the radio station. If you feel that a majority of the listeners speak / understand Spanish, then it may be a good idea. However, understand that it may also irritate English speaking listeners as Spanish is still a secondary language.

I hate it!!! They declared ENGLISH as the national language of the USA. If they(any nationality) can't understand it go learn it or live in the dark.

It wouldn't bother me. Plus, it would be a good way to learn a new language!
