Hands down the United States. Don't you know all the terrorists come from Canada or at least through it. Through it, from it, it's all the same. The United States need to switch focus from the Mexican border to Canada. Farm labor comes from Mexico, terrorists from Canada. Terrorists will always want to take down what ever force opposes them the most. They want to take down the best democracy in the world, why would they go after Canada, half the world might not even be able to point it out on a map, they can't even defend themselves, they aren't jack. If someone messed with Canada, who would back them up? The mack daddy United States of America.
