When I was a child and we played Hide and Seek, if everyone was not found, the person who was IT would give you the freedom to come out of hiding by saying, " Allie, allie, ox in free". or- "Allie, allie, ox come free". Which did they say and what does that mean?

maybe logic can solve this one but it goes beyond my logic. Ok, got a really old bullworker with the book. ill jump ahea, In the book it says train 26 of the exercises isotonically for 4 weeks, then it says train two series isotonically for all the 26 exercise. Theres a box that explains isotonically meaning training 6-8 repeats with a 7 second hold on the last repeat it says to gain extra benefit by performing a second series. however on the first 4 weeks as mentioned above it refers me to a page for the isotonic exercis. what i dont understand is whats the difference between the first 4 weeks to the next 4 other than the obvious of training for a longer period of time?

In gym class today, we ran laps around the gym for a warm up. I ran past these two guys who were running together. One of them turned to the other one, and he said, "Did you realize Lindsay just lapped us?"

What did he mean when he said I "lapped them?"
