I was writing my email signature for my email at work, and i was wondering, I saw the movie "pay it forward" ages ago and I always wondered if you could say "thanks forward"

I'm not a native English speaker and I've studied it for years and I'm going to get a degree on it, but you know, this is more than grammar native competence

I need to put what I am describing to you into an intelligent, not big fancy words, just intelligent, sentence.

Here is the situation:

I have a friend who is in the hospital. Someone else is trying to get legal custody of him. So they sent a doctor to my friend's hospital room with the intent of declaring my friend crazy. The doc spent 2 minutes with my friend then declared my friend crazy. My friend is not crazy.
Here is where I need your help. Please give some example sentences of how I can say the doctor went in not to do a true evaluation but the doctor went in to endorse what he was told to find. Thank you for your help.
