I need to put what I am describing to you into an intelligent, not big fancy words, just intelligent, sentence.

Here is the situation:

I have a friend who is in the hospital. Someone else is trying to get legal custody of him. So they sent a doctor to my friend's hospital room with the intent of declaring my friend crazy. The doc spent 2 minutes with my friend then declared my friend crazy. My friend is not crazy.
Here is where I need your help. Please give some example sentences of how I can say the doctor went in not to do a true evaluation but the doctor went in to endorse what he was told to find. Thank you for your help.

Were you there when this interview happened?

If not, you are basing your analysis of an ineffectual examination on hearsay.

If you were present, you have a better argument.

"It is my opinion that the doctor hired by ____ to evaluate my friend did only a cursory examination to justify the opinion he was hired to find."

I want a second opinion!

If they are in court proceedings, the court should send in an independent psychiatrist to do a psychiatric evaluation. The people who are trying to get custody have a vested interest in what their doctor finds, so it would be a conflict of interest to have their doctor do the examination.

I agree with the "second opinion," but think you put it exactly right when you said
" the doctor went in not to do a true evaluation but the doctor went in to endorse what he was told to find. "
That is perfectly clear.
Good luck

why not let your friend do the saying by himself and moreover you can get a good doctor to examine your friends health and get the report sent to who's saying your friend is crazy.........
