Every time you say a year ("Two thousand AND one, Two thousand AND three etc) you say AND

So the decade is called the Ands and I thought of it first. What does everyone think?

Over the last few days the financial pages of British newspapers have featured headlines such as "Is Russia safe for business", "Shell mauled by Russian bear", and "Gazprom in Sakhalin grab". As many Western investors see it, Gazprom backed by the Kremlin has crudely bludgeoned Shell into surrender.

I want the meaning of bear here, Sakhalin grap.
Shell is an oil company.

It is all for an essay I am writing and english isn't my first language.
I do not wish to bother you with details. But I have to write about raising or breeding pigs. I would like to know what are the different names of a pig ? ( i mean the name of the male pig/female pig/young pigs/suckling pigs..etc.)The name of the p;lace they are kept in a farm. is it right to use the term "raising" or "breeding" or is there a more apropriate term? And finaly does anybody know anything about keeping pigs, any terms or knoweledge that would make my writing sound realistic ? Or maybe a web site from which i might get such information.
Thank you for your help .
