I thought wherever I can use 'in order toV' I can also use 'to V'but just today(!)I realised that there is difference.But I couldn't figure it out.Has it got to do with the verb or is it smthelse?Thank you in advance

a synonym for this word that could fit in this sentence...the aim of the drug companies are to sell drugs and gain profits. knowing that there are other drugs out there that could perform the same healing for a much more cheaper price.so what they do is advertise the drugs promisingly.and make it look like the perfect remedy for TV viewers. DEEPLY OBSESSED people disregard the side effect that these medications could bring about.
