If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement. Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Units). Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, replacement of mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel.

Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the mouse. Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls. Ball removal procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse. Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop off method. Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist off method. Mouse balls are not usually static sensitive. However, excessive handling can result in sudden discharge. Upon completion of ball replacement, the mouse may be used immediately.

It is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for maintaining optimum customer satisfaction. Any customer missing his balls should call customer service.

I keep seeing plurals (puppy's when they mean puppies) and it's when they mean its (it's only ever means it is, never 'belonging to it', which is 'its') all over the place. The best one was "try our cake's and gateau'x". Does this annoy anyone else as much as it does me?

This was actually in the Boston Herald awhile ago. An unidentified woman had been shot and taken to the hospital. The following morning, the media was in the hospital asking their media questions. When the next issue of the Herald hit the newsstands, the article was there, and the last sentence was written: "...and the bullet is in her yet."

I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but I have never heard of a body part called the 'yet'.

This is a true story.

LONDON is LODNOD !! I have heard it referred to in Essex as LODNOD. One local paper stated "People in Essex love to DRACE IN LODNOD". What is that all about ? It is also stated that people as far apart as Higham and Willenhall refer to "DRACING in LODNOD". So thete must be some truth in it surely. A headine in The Fayido Times states "The Egyptians were seen DRACING IN THE STREETS OF LODNOD". Is this an old custom. ANSWERS PLEASE.
