Please any help in regards to the bottom statements will help... PLEASE... I need it for a class I am teaching in Taiwan. A man jumps through a tenth floor windown and survives.

A man walks into a restaurant. He notices that seagull soup is on the menu. He orders it and when it comese, he takes on sip, puts his spoon down, leaves the reastaurant, and kills himself. Why?

What's the origin of "Neener, Neener, Neener!" or its analogue, "Nyahh-nyahh!"...? And why are they always in the same childish sing-song tone...? Is this a cutural phenomenon, or is it truly a universal thing...?

i know this question probably makes me seem like an idiot without a dictionary, but ive heard people use this word and i dont know what it means!
