Please any help in regards to the bottom statements will help... PLEASE... I need it for a class I am teaching in Taiwan. What's the origin of "Neener, Neener, Neener!" or its analogue, "Nyahh-nyahh!"...? And why are they always in the same childish sing-song tone...? Is this a cutural phenomenon, or is it truly a universal thing...?

i know this question probably makes me seem like an idiot without a dictionary, but ive heard people use this word and i dont know what it means!
its really frustrating, because i do read alot, and it isnt used much in books, so when people say it, im really confused.
