Mexico in spanish is Mexico, there is no change to the original word.
Many years ago the word was also spelled Mejico. but this has since become obsolete...

It's Mexico, not mixico. In Spanish they pronounce it Meh hee Ko. (The first e is pronounced like the e would be in the word bell.)
