A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50.

The question is: How did the man win the bet?

It is not the insect. I have seen it in the context of having something to do with people or a certain group or class of people. I don't think young people ever use this acronym. I think it is an acronym. What is it? Is it a rascist thing?

Take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting or changing one letter, and supply a new definition, ie:
Bozone (n): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating.
Hipatitis: Terminal coolness.
Foreploy: Any misrepresentation of yourself for the puposes of getting laid.
Osteopornosis: A degenerate disease.

Those are your examples. The rest is up to you. Be original and don't use past answer's from past MENSA contests. Be creative, good luck and have fun at it!!!

Ive seen so many people say they could care less, when, if you read it in context, they mean they couldn't care less.

PATTIES. I HATE the word "patties", as in hamburger patties. The word "cocoa" gets on my nerves too, and "swab" when used as a verb, as in, "I need to swab my ears". There are others, but I think these three in particular are so stupid.

I saw the word "mai" on a letter. I know it translates to a certain month of the year, because it was written as the date: "Berne, 19 mai 2001". I think it may be whatever language it spoken in Switzerland because the letter is from a Swiss gentleman with a Switzerland address.
