Bespoke means made to order - made for a particular person, fitting individual requirements.

So, you could have bespoke furniture, or perhaps a bespoke tailor.

Specially made for this person or purpose - a bespoke suit, a bespoke exhaust system for a non-standard hot-rod, a bespoke computer program for a certain business that couldn't find exactly what it wanted elsewhere. The opposite of 'off-the-peg', or 'off-the-rail' as they say in the U.S.A. (I'm English).

Bespoke means a one-off, created especially for the individual, according to their specifications. In the case of antiques, it's probably a rare and highly sought after piece!
It comes up in computers too, with bespoke software, which is software designed specifically for the users requiremements.
