Peachy means good, great, fine or couldn't be better. but you can use peachy for good or for being sarcastic. like with me i use it when i'm talking to my boyfriend and he knows somethings wrong with me but he asks me anyways, so i tell him nothing i'm peachy. and he knows i'm being sarcastic. so that's what peachy means.

peachy means Resembling a peach, especially in color or texture.
Informaly it means Splendid; fine.
