Clipperton Island is located at 10°18′N 109°13′W is South of Mexico and West of Costa Rica. Searches on Clipperton island (wikipedia) indicate that Magellan discovered this island, yet it seems far to north for Magellan to have reach in his journey across the pacific. Does anyone know if Magellan took a significantly long dog leg north which is not widely mentioned?

A farmer returns from town with the things he just bought: a chicken, a sack of feed, and a fox. To get to his house he must cross a river, but his rowboat is only big enough to carry one item with him.

If he takes the fox, the chicken will be left to eat the feed.

If he takes the feed, the fox will eat the chicken.
