I have a 980 SAT score from three or four years ago, which I'm not even sure if that's valid anymore. If it is I want to know what the ACT score equivalent to a 980 SAT score.

How is it scored? It says the score range is between 200-800. But I scored somewhere in the middle. What I want to know, is my score good or bad?

Another question: Is ACT up to 1600?

I'm being pressured to study by my parents. I've been studying and all it does is confuse the crap out of me. I'm also stressed from trying to do my drivers ed, marching band, school and drama with friends.

What should I do to either study efficiently to get a higher score or tell my parents to give me a little bit of a break because of how stressed I've been?

So I'm taking the SATS next Saturday, and I am soo scared! I haven't studied at ALL, although I've taken many practice exams and took prep courses. I don't feel like theyve helped me though. The highest I scored on my proctored exams was a 1600, and that is NOT good for the UCs I plan to apply to, like UC Santa Barbara, Irvine, etc. I have a 3.8 GPA though, but that doesn't mean I can get a low SAT score. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? If you took it, how was it? Hard? Like other than the eat a good breakfast, get a good nights sleep thing. Should I go to my school's spirit competition the night before SATS? How high does my SAT score have to be in relation to my GPA? I am sooo scared, please help!

I am 16, 17 in May, and I am homeschooled. In April I will be taking the regular standardized testing. I live in Minnesota. Is it possible to take my pre-SAT or ACT tests at home? I would like to start applying for colleges and stuff and I heard that you have to have a testing score for the SAT test to apply. is that true? or can i just apply without scores and stuff? next year i will be a senior. if i can be tested without going to a major testing center or high school could you please tell me how i go about doing it? i take my regular standardized testing at home, because minnesota law is " you have to have signature from you local superintendent to test at home for home-school students". anyways if you can help that would be great!
