How did you figure out what career you wanted to do in life? I mean there are things I like, but now love. My passion is wrinting and somehow being able to help people in some sort of way... I live in a small town. and the option of moving is out of the question. I love my community and I cant wait to raise a family there.

I have this question on my math homework I can't seem to find the correct way to do the last part of it. The question reads "A particle moves in a straight line so that after t minutes, its distance is s(t)=2(t^3) + 3t +1 feet from the origin.

a: Find the average velocity over the interval [1,5]
b: Find the instantaneous velocity at t=4
c: Find the total distance traveled (nearest tenth)
d: Find the displacement (nearest tenth)"

a: I think I got this part, do I use the msec=... formula?
b: Do I just take the derivative of the s(t) formula to make it v(t) and solve for v(4)?
c: I got an imaginary number for this part, so I know something's not right. I've looked over the worksheet, this question, and my work, and I did it right.
d: Where do I find the displacement from? I had a formula sheet, but I don't know where it is now.

I wanted to go to a University and do their accelerated program (Bachelor's) for 1 1/2 yr, but I am currently in school working towards my Associate's, and still haven't gone anywhere (credits wise) Would it be stupid if i just got my Bachelor's instead of doing my Associate's first and then getting my Bachelor's? By the way I'm majoring in Computer Programming if that helps.

i really think i made a big mistake going straight from high school into college i needed to give my self time to grow up, get life experience and i couldnt do that going to a community college i didnt see any new faces i knew every one and i chose to blow all my grant money and not take it serious. but hindsight is 20/20 isnt it? i need to find out the steps i can take in order to get my self back on track. How do i even apply for grants,like can i apply for the same ones as before or should i find different ones , if so then where should i look? will i have to pay any out of pocket expensis if so, how much? there are so many questions, just need to find some one to talk to about them ,any advice would be greatly appreciated

What is the difference of the meanings bet:
I admitted that I was frightened by the ghost. AND
I admitted that I had been frightened by the ghost.

I know Be P.P and Have(Had) been P.P but I want to know the difference of those meanings.

Our yearbook cover will have a young girl wearing either a softball or basketball jersey labeled "Townie 07" on the back. She will be standing in front of a mirror, in which she will see herself as a graduate, wearing a white cap and gown. The graduate will most likely be holding a red rose.
