Which do people prefer?

2007-11-28 04:51:37 · 16 answers · asked by Darin C 7

Hello world. Well another war between the fast food
giants. Have you heard about KFC's current sales,
and stocks. Well, they are up, way up ! Mickey D's
is stationary at best.... But ever since the Colonel
released that, 0 gram trans fat, campaign, they have
been living it up. And the competition has been
gettin' hammered. KFC is back, and better than ever.
Extra tasty, extra crispy. I speak against all you Big Mac
junkies. No match for the chicken. Eat more of it.
And leave the cows alone. Oh by the way, you got a
Quarter Pounder with cheese, in that bag ? Best
answer wins. KFC or Mickey D's. :)

They have a new sandwich called double steak and cheese.
It cost $5.19.
I ordered one and they charged me $6.19.
They said it's because it has double steak and cheese.
I said, but the price says it's $5.19 for the double steak and cheese sandwich, but they said they always charge a dollar extra for double meat.

I'm confused.
I think a sandwich called double steak and cheese for $5.19 should cost $5.19 as I didn't order any extra than what is advertised.
Do you think someone is pocketing a dollar or do you think I'm not thinking clearly and I'm wrong?

Oh, yes. I had to ask. We have some real fast food
junkies, in this world ladies, and gentlemen. But today,
the whole world will know the truth. And that is this.
Do you prefer, a Quarter Pounder with cheese, over
a nice, juicy, tender, Buterball Turkey. With the stuffing,
I might add. You can keep your french fries, I do not
want it, today. I mean, are you really serious ?
Turkey and gravy, for your cheeseburger, or Big Mac ?
No, no, no, I don't think so. This time of year, is for
the real people. Who like real food. So what is your
take on this. McDonald's or Thanksgiving Dinner ?
Best meal wins. *****

I am spending Christmas in Dublin and have major Christmas Day lunch/dinner problem. I am traveling with budget and my hotel doesn't provide restaurant services on Christmas day. Eating in other restaurants is way too expencive so the question is, are all the fast food chain restaurants also closed for the 25th?
